• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During sales, festivals, or peak seasons, processing may take a little longer.

Estimated delivery times are:

• Within Gujarat: 2–4 business days

• Rest of India: 3–7 business days

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

• Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (where available).

• You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment.

5. Delivery

• Please ensure that the shipping address and contact number provided are accurate.

• House of Handmades is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Share your order number along with clear photos or a video of the product and packaging.

• We will review your request and provide a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or refund, where applicable.

7. Delivery Availability

Currently, we ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
